Rafindadi wins double at ACI – Africa

The Director of Commercial and Business Development, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), Mr. Sadiq Abubarkar Rafindadi  won two  prizes from the two awards given at the 59^th ACI  Africa Board and Committees meetings & regional Conference and Exhibition  holding in Lagos.

The awards were sponsored by ACI-Africa Secretariat and another were given another organisation to reward participants to indicate end the conference and exhibitions at ACI-Africa Conference.

The award sponsored by ACI –Africa, offers two scholarship training seminars to the tune of between $600 and $1000 to each of the winners while the second award which carried gift prizes, went to participants chosen through raffle draws picked from participants’ complimentary cards earlier dropped into a box at the centre..

Another winner of the ACI –Africa award was Mrs. Joyce Dodoo  of  Ghana Airport Company Limited.

The second prize won at the event by Rafinddadi was given to three participants who were also chosen through three different dips in  the raffle draw,

While the first prize in the second category of the awards at the event went again went to Rafindadi, . Samuel Onka of Uganda clinched the second prize and Engineer Iboro Udoh of Akwa Ibom International Airport Uyo won the third price.

Meanwhile next edition of the ACI Africa has been announced to hold in Abidjan, Ivory Coast  in October this year.

This was followed by an exchange of host baton between the Managing Director of FAAN, Engr. Saleh Dunoma and the Managing director of the Abidjan airport.
