Charges APC on transparent, free, fair primary election in Ekiti State

As Christians in Nigeria and Ekiti State in particular, join their brethrens all over the globe to celebrate Easter, the most prominent governorship aspirant in All Progressives Congress (APC) in the State; Dr Wole Oluyede has congratulated the Christian faithful.
Oluyede has equally charged leadership of APC in the state to ensure transparent, free and fear primary election that will produce peoples’ candidate who would fly party’s flag at the general election.”
Easter is the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the tomb on the third day after his crucifixion.
In a statement from Wole Oluyede Campaign Organization and signed by the Director General, Hon Gabriel Ogundele, Oluyede who rejoiced with Christians on the special celebrations, charged them on good conduct and uprightness
“I congratulate all Christians on the successful completion of this year’s forty days of fasting and prayers. May God Almighty accept the goodwill of the fervent prayers.
“Easter celebration signifies an opportunity to emulate the good deeds of Jesus Christ and follow the principle of true believers as enumerated in the Holy Bible,” the statement said.
As governorship election draws nearer in the state, the leading APC aspirant has used the occasion of the celebrations to pray for his victory at the forthcoming elections in the state. He, however, charged leadership of APC in Ekiti State on transparent, free and fair primary election to enable peoples’ candidate emerge as the party’s flag bearer.”
Oluyede also urged the people of Ekiti to be optimistic, said a better and vibrant economy is on their way if he comes on board as the next civilian governor of the state.
In commemorating the Easter celebrations, the Federal Government has declared Friday March 30 and Monday April 2 as public holidays to mark Good Friday and Easter Monday respectively.
