Air Peace’s aircraft experiences runway excursion at Port Harcourt Airport

An aircraft  deployed by Air Peace for the operation of a morning flight from Lagos to Port Harcourt  on Sunday July 13, 2025 experienced runway excursion after landing safely at the Port Harcourt International Airport.

The airline in  a statement by its spokesperson, Efe Osifo-whiskey said: “Air Peace confirms that its Flight P47190, operating from Lagos to Port Harcourt this morning, had a runway excursion after landing safely at the Port Harcourt International Airport.”

Affirming that the incident was  minor without any injury to passengers and crew members or damage to the aircraft reported, Osifo-whiskey said, “the aircraft veered slightly off the runway without any damage while all passengers and crew disembarked safely and calmly without any injury reported.

The airline has therefore reiterated its assurance of  maintaining highest level of  safely in operations to the flying public.

“We reassure the flying public of our unflinching commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety in all our operations,” said the statement.
