As Nigerians prepare for the Easter holidays, Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has assured the readiness of its network of airports across the country to handle the expected surge of air passengers
wishes to assure passengers and other airport users that our network of airports are fully prepared and ready for the usual upsurge in passenger traffic that is the norm around the season.
A statement by the Acting General Manager Corporate Affairs at FAAN, Mrs Faithful A. Hope-Ivbaze said the management of the airport authority has put everything in place to ensure seamless facilitation of passengers at its airports.
“The Authority has put all necessary facilities, infrastructure, and manpower in place, to ensure seamless facilitation at the airports during the season and beyond.
“We also want to reassure all passengers and airport users of safety and security, as all necessary security architectures have been mobilised and activated at our airports.,” the statement said.
However. FAAN has advised all air passengers using airport under its network to arrive at the airport for their flights
“Authority would like to advise passengers and to endeavor to leave for the airport early enough, so as to ensure that check in formalities are concluded in good time,” Ivbaze said
