FAAN celebrates Valentine’s day at Lagos airport with passengers, airport users

 

Former BBNaija housemate, Miss Alexandra Asogwa (Alex Unusual) presenting a flower as Valentine’s Day gift on behalf  of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), to Prof  Barth  Nnaji at the Lagos Airport, today.

In the spirit of the season,  management  of  Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria ( FAAN)  today celebrated this year’s Valentine’s day with air passengers  and airport users at Murtala Muhammed International airport,  Lagos

The celebrations featured a female media personality and former housemate at BBNaija, Miss Alexandra Asogwa aka Alex Unusual who gave out flowers to air passengers  and other members of the airport community on behalf of FAAN.

The celebrations took place both at the  international and domestic wings of the Lagos Airport.

Among those who received the gift of flowers were, a former Minister of Power,  a newspaper columnist, school children, airline crew and military personnel.

Speaking on the occasion, the former Minister of Power,  Prof Barth Nnaji said” the action brought a lot of fun in a day when love is being celebrated ” he added that it removes a lot of doldrums while passengers are waiting for their flights “.

Similarly,  in his comment, a newspaper columnist, Mazi Sam Ohumbuwa said the action at celebrating the Valentine’s day with passengers and other members of the airport community showed that FAAN  is a customer friendly organisation.

In her reaction after receiving her gift of a red flower from the celebrity,  a primary five pupil of St.  Paul’s Anglican Primary School, Jos, Miss Gbemisola Adepoju said she felt appreciated and love by FAAN for allowing a celebrity to present her with a  precious gift on a Valentine’s day.

Adepoju who was beaming with smiles after collecting the flower, said “I am fine with this flower “.

At the International terminal of the airport,  a United Kingdom based Nigerian, Mrs Aderonke Adelowo said she felt honoured and appreciated by FAAN for considering her worthy of the gift.

Similarly,  Ellena, Hannah and Yommie,  all, cabin crew members of  Ethiopian Airlines who were equally welcome with the  flowers to celebrate the Valentine’s day,  said ” Oh, We appreciate your gift and feel your love for us”.
