Lagos closes Mile 2- Tin Can road for maintenance

 

Lagos State Government has orderee the closure of the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway between Mile 2 and Tin Can Island Ports for 48 hours with effect from today, to carry out maintenance works.

This was made known by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transportation, Dr. Taiwo Olufemi Salaam.

Salami explained that the closure was to allow Hitech Construction Company speed up palliative works on the corridor to mitigate the incessant and avoidable accidents on the road.

He advised motorists to make use of alternative routes during the stipulated period.
