NDIC boss lauds FAAN AVSEC over recovery of missing bag, shoes

 

The Zonal controller, Sokoto Zone  of Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Mr. Bello Kaoje has commended the Aviation Security of Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria  (FAAN AVSEC) for mainteaining high level standard of surveillance and honesty around the nation’s airports.

The NDIC boss gave the commendation recently at Nnamidi Azikiwe Airport Abuja after he found his missing bag, shoes and other personal effects were found and returned to him.

Kaoje who was excited when the items were returned to him at the airport, said the performance of the aviation security personnel in the airport were encouraging and should be supported by all.

Narrating his experience over the missing but found items, Kadoje said:

“On Monday October 2023, I forgot my shoes in a bag at the departure hall of Terminal D   Nnamidi Azikiwe Airport Abuja. Actually I had lost hope of seeing the items again,” he continued, ” But a week later, today,  October 9 2023, I came back here again and casually inquired about the shoes and bag. Lo and behold the bag has been found and kept in the safe custody of FAAN Aviation Security officials.”

The NDIC top shot who couldn’t hide his excitement when he was given his bag with the contents intact, said, I was told that the bag was discovered by FAAN aviation security officials.. I have seen the bag, the shoes and everything is intact.. I am so happy and excited. This is encouraging. Kudos to FAAN aviation security. I hope they keep it up. God bless FAAN aviation security.
