The management of Dana Air has apologised to its passengers affected by recent’flight cancellations.
The airline, in a statement by its spokesman, Kingsley Ezenwa said the cancelled flights were as a result of reduced capacity.
“We wish to apologise to our guests for the cancellation of some of our flights recently due to reduced capacity,” the statement said.
The airline which said it has made neccessary arrangements to meet the travel needs of all affected passengers added that all efforts are on top gear to return to full strength of its scheduled operations.
“While we are making efforts to get back to the full strength of our schedule, we have made necessary arrangements to re-protect some of the affected passengers on other airlines, while others will be rescheduled to their preferred future flights at no extra cost,” Ezenwa affirmed.
While it regretted the inconveniences the flight cancellations might have on the affected passengers, the management of Dana Air said it could be reached on its social media platforms and through a 24 hour customer service line for further details.

Dana Air however affirmed that safety of its guests remains the first consideration in all facets of its operations and sincerely regret all the inconveniences these cancellations might cause.
